A TV producer and cinematographer who met on set, Santa Monica–based couple Natalee and Gretchen know how to create a picture-perfect moment. After 12 years together, Gretchen proposed by adding “Will you marry me?” to a retro photo of two women and tucking an engagement ring behind the glass of its vintage frame.
